Product reviews provide the social proof that leads to higher conversion rates on well reviewed products. They will lead to lower conversion rates on poorly reviewed products.
Product reviews can be placed by the business itself and semi automated for customer reviews as part of your user generated content program.
The reviews module is connected onto the product pages and involves a number of features, functions and steps.
- Existing and approved product reviews are shown on the product page
- The ability to add a review is provided
- When a review is placed it is stored in a pending status
- Pending reviews can be changed to approved or disapproved with the CMS.
- Emails are triggered when a review is placed to thank reviewer and notify your business
