Custom Freight, Shipping, Postage Calculations
Freight costs can be added to the item costs once a delivery address has been provided. On the view cart page we commonly allow users to estimate shipping by entering their postcode which pulls from your custom freight rules.
You may have different freight rules for city deliveries as opposed to country deliveries. We are able to code in these options.
Freight is usually calculated based on a combination of item weight, or size and then where it is being sent.
We can also create rules which discount freight based on a particular purchaser or other factors.
Simple freight rules are free to code up and once we know your freight rules can provide an estimate on this. Generally freight rules setting is no more than $330 where it is more complex.
