Customisable e-mails for e-commerce order confirmation
Adding a header and footer to your e-commerce order confirmation email or your order is processed email to match your branding can be done within the content management system (CMS).
There are email templates for e-commerce order successes and failures and order processing notifications. Content that appears before the order confirmation details can be edited in straight txt or with html so that your brand can be applied to the email notifications that your customers recieve.
You are able to edit this content and make changes in the CMS.
In general there are two standard emails that are sent to customers and include
1. Thankyou for your order, and
2. Your order has been processed
If you use tracking codes when shipping your products you can save this within the order and these are emailed to your customer.
You can test what your customer recieves by placing a test order on your web site. You can then edit the message to your liking and re test.
GTP provides free phone, email or chat support on how to edit your order notification emails, or can be requested to make changes on a fee for service basis.
