Application form for Wholesale Prices Account
This is a web page containing a web form asking questions and details so you can decide to grant or reject a wholesale account application from a potential customer.
Their information is saved in a contact database as well as emailed to you.
If you approve their application, you can assign this user to a price level and they can order at this price level once they have logged in.
The user needs to log in so they can be recognised as a wholesale customer and the wholesale pricing can be set.
Wholesale pricing is usually set using price levels on products. So for example price 1 is Retail, Price 2 is Wholesale and you can utilise several more price columns if you have other price levels specific for customers.
