Transfer of Your Pop Email Account into A Hosted Exchange Email Account.

The best email and most reliable is hosted exchange email in an Office 365 account.

But you don't want to lose your years of email when you change over.

This job involves...

0. You provide us with remote access to your computer using TeamViewer or a similar software

1. We export your current Pop Email on your computer through remote access into a backup folder

2. This needs to be done for all email accounts under your domain that you are keeping.

3. We then set up the hosted exchange systems and switch over. All new email will come through the new setup.

4. To get your old email stored on the new system we import it on your computer into the new exchange emaila account and this will synchronise over a few hours (sometimes longer) with the cloud and then across all your devices (phones and tablets and Laptops) that are setup.

5. We need an hour to 1.5 hours to do this job and deal with issues that arise in getting connected and so forth.
