How to check your email using Web Mail.

Webmail is located in two different locations depending on which server your email is hosted on.

PLESK HOSTED SITES AND EMAIL (Post 2010 site setups)

To access web mail if your are hosted on GTPs Plesk server. Go to...

http://webmail.yourdomain.com.au

Change the yourdomain.com.au to be your actual domain name

HAN Hosted Email Clients (Pre 2010 site setups)

The below instructions are for clients whose email is hosted on our HAN email server

If you are travelling or want to check your email from any computer you can do it using the GTP web mail interface: where GTP hosts your web site and email

Step 1 - Click on Web Mail as Illustrated Below

Step 2 - Enter your email address and email password and click "log in"

If you cannot log in - check your password and email are correct and check that caps lock hasn't been left on.

Note: the password you should use is your usual email password that you use in outlook or outlook express

Step 3 - use your web mail

If it asks for maintenance you can skip this if you want to by clicking skip maintenance
