Managing Categories and Subcategories in GTP Contact

You can use GTP Contact to manage your contacts and to place contacts into one or multiple categories and subcategories. 

1. You can move or reallocate contacts from one category to another category
2. You can have a contact(s) in several categories at the same time
3. You can delete contacts from categories or entirely from your database

The graphic below shows a list of contacts. Broad instructions appear below the image.



Step 1. Select Contacts from list
Step 2. Select move or copy
Step 3. Select or create a category and subcategory to move to / Or select a delete option
Step 4.  Click "submit" to action your changes
