We've recently become aware of letters looking like invoices being sent out, offering domain
names for sale that are similar to your own, for around $250.

Over the last few months we've been adding numerous new features to our E-Commerce suite.

This week we have made an important change to the orders processing area for our E-Commerce web sites.

There are now two statuses available under New Orders: New Orders and Waiting Orders.

If you have an order you can't ship yet but want to move into a holding area, please move it into the Waiting Orders area.

If you move the order into Pending Shipment, we assume you have processed the Credit Card and therefore no longer make the Credit Card details accessible. So make sure you process the Credit Card before moving your orders to this status.

Please also note that we don't display the 3 digit CVV number as it is not allowed to be stored by law.

GTP would like to remind all our customers NEVER to open unexpected email attachments of any kind.

The latest release of Adobe Acrobat Reader had some security flaws which hackers can use to get into affected computers. Adobe has since released a patch to fix the problem, but in the meantime there are a lot of emails flying around with attached PDF files (usually named YOUR_BILL.pdf or INVOICE.pdf) that will attempt to seize control of your computer if opened.

If you receive an unexpected email with a file attached, don't open the file and delete the email immediately.

Also make sure you have anti-virus and anti-spyware programs installed, keep them up to date, and run them at least once a fortnight to keep your system clean.
