Question: My company's fiscal year has just come to a close. After having a decent amount of success through our first six months, we regressed toward the end of the year. Answer: Transition within a company is always difficult. You will need to set up a process to help you and your employees succeed. The process can be used as a guiding light while you work to get you company focused on success.

Here are a few steps to help you with your plan:

Desired outcome. In order to develop the proper plan, it is important to first know what you want the outcome to be and how your employees will benefit from this.

Goals. You must define and set goals. Without having goals, your employees will be focusing on tasks rather than being results-oriented

Action steps. Have a program in place that will allow your employees to reach the goals that have been set for them. Having a follow-up system will assure the achievement of desired results.

How do we deal with any conflict that may arise?
